Introduction

Welcome to the Cocktails Mix and Match subscription service (the "Subscription"). By subscribing to the Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not subscribe to the Subscription.

Subscription Plans

The Subscription is offered in two options:

• Monthly: This subscription option provides access to premium features of the Cocktails Mix and Match app for a monthly fee. These features may include exclusive cocktail recipes, advanced filtering options, and recipe customization tools.
• Annual: This subscription option provides access to all premium features of the Cocktails Mix and Match app for a yearly fee.

You can view the available subscription plans and their pricing directly in the app.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on your chosen plan:

• Monthly: The monthly subscription fee is automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the first day of your subscription month.
• Annual: The annual subscription fee is automatically charged to your chosen payment method on the anniversary date of your subscription.

You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your Subscription using a valid credit card or debit card. Upon subscription, payment will be charged by Apple App Store, Google Play, or equivalent app marketplace account, and will continue to be charged for renewal unless cancelled. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through adjusting your settings in the App Store, Google Play store, or equivalent app marketplace.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will continue until you cancel your subscription or until terminated by the Developer of the app. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided within the App or on the relevant app marketplace (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).

Refunds

Refunds are regulated by the platform such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or equivalent app marketplace that manages the App distribution. No refunds will be issued directly by the Developer.

Cancellation After Renewal Date

If you cancel your subscription after your subscription renewal date, you will not receive a refund for any amounts that have been charged. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period, and you may use the premium features until your cancellation is effective (unless your access is suspended or terminated).

Changes to Subscription Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms at any time. If the Developer makes any material changes to these Terms, you will be notified via email or through a notification on the App. You will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms by continuing to use the Subscription after the notice period.

Payment Obligations

Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable. For example, if you cancel your subscription, you are responsible for any unpaid fees from the subscription, and access to premium features will be terminated at the end of the current subscription period. Fees are stated exclusive of any taxes applicable in your region.

Automatic Renewal and Subscription Term

Subscriptions are set to automatically renew for additional periods equal to the initial term (one month or one year) unless cancelled before the end of the current term. The per-unit pricing during any automatic renewal term will remain the same as it was during the immediately prior term.

Expiration and Credits

Any credits accrued during your subscription will expire upon termination and will not be transferable or refundable.

Suspension of Service for Non-Payment

If any fees owed to the Developer are overdue, your subscription access may be suspended until those amounts are paid in full. You acknowledge that suspension of service will result in a loss of access to premium features.

Notices

All notices and communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be addressed as to the email: support@mixandmatch.site

Survival

The provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination of these Terms shall so survive.
